Terms and Conditions
	1. Privacy of the Affiliate Account: In order to join the www.My-Affiliates.co.uk Affiliate Program, you will need to provide www.My-Affiliates.co.uk with a username and password log-in combination. DO NOT REVEAL YOUR LOG-IN INFORMATION TO ANYONE. If you share your log-in information with a third party, we are not responsible for any changes made to your Affiliate Profile and/or the sponsoring Web site by said third party. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement if we discover that you have shared this information with any third party in violation of this agreement. 2. You agree and certify that you are of legal age in the country of your residence that you are legally able to bear this contract and the tax payer ID you have given is valid and that all contact information is current and true. 3. Once www.My-Affiliates.co.uk accepts this agreement, it will become binding to both parties. Once this agreement becomes binding, you will become an affiliate and in no way will you be considered or deemed as an employee of www.My-Affiliates.co.uk. 4. No laws pertaining to employees shall be applicable to any affiliate www.My-Affiliates.co.uk. We will not be responsible for any taxes or contributions or any other laws pertaining to employees. 5. Employees of www.My-Affiliates.co.uk are not eligible to participate in this affiliate program. 6. No purchase is necessary to become an affiliate of www.My-Affiliates.co.uk however commissions are paid on the sale of products only. 7. www.My-Affiliates.co.uk agrees to pay commissions on the first of every month, however commissions will only be made once you have a minimum balance of £100.00. A qualified commission is the sale of a product and at least 30 days has to pass after the purchase before any monies will be sent, due to us offering a 30 day money back guarantee to all customers. A customer is considered to be “referred by the affiliate” if the customer clicked a banner or link on the affiliate’s web site or through email or customer calls in with affiliate's I.D. Commissions will by paid via PayPal. 8. There is never a guarantee of income or other earnings either verbal, written, or implied. All earnings are always based solely on the individual efforts of each and every affiliate. 9. Affiliates are responsible for filing and paying all personal and business income taxes owed because of bonuses or payments made to you in connection with this program. 10. Affiliates must represent www.My-Affiliates.co.uk in a lawful and ethical manner. You must stress the product and not the opportunity. You must only claim or represent what we have as a company provided to you. Any claims by an affiliate that do not reflect what has already been printed or deemed fit by the company will be declared possibly untrue and inaccurate. 11. Affiliates must treat us with respect. Any attempts to abuse, undermine, slander, libel, threaten, swear at, or cause harm to www.My-Affiliates.co.uk, one of its customers, employees, or the company directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate affiliate account termination. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law. 12. You may only advertise in ways stated and provided by www.My-Affiliates.co.uk. Any use of logos or any other copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. You may not make false representations or claims about our services or compensation plan. 13. You are not allowed to advertise our products with any illegal methods including but not limited to spamming. 14. The affiliate may cancel their participation in this program at any time for any reason by simply emailing us at manager@my-affiliates.co.uk and providing us with the username and password of your account, however the balance of the account is only payable if the account is higher than £100.00, otherwise all monies will be forfeited. 15. This agreement may be terminated or suspended if a breach of this contract is discovered, or at the sole discretion of www.My-Affiliates.co.uk. Affiliates found to have violated any or all of the terms herein will forfeit any and all commission, and affiliate status will be terminated. 16. www.My-Affiliates.co.uk reserves the right to modify, change, edit, or update the Terms of Service Agreement at any time. www.My-Affiliates.co.uk is the sole arbiter regarding affiliate referral disputes and affiliate payments.
